Salary Administration Services

How would you like to be able to simply have someone else implement and maintain your salary administration programs for some or all of your staff?

  • Set up a formal job evaluation program if you don't already have one.
  • Maintain and monitor your job descriptions, job evaluations and keep them up to date. Develop job descriptions for new or proposed positions and value them.
  • Set up, maintain and monitor salary ranges and their implementation.
  • Set up, maintain and monitor administration of variable pay compensation systems (e.g., bonus systems, pay for performance, commissions).
  • Set up and maintain performance evaluation systems with pay for performance.
  • Complete all yearly salary market comparisons, salary review costing and recommendations.

BOARD OF TRADE SURVEY

The Board of Trade survey has been published for 2006. We consider this salary
survey to be among the most reliable in the Greater Toronto area. It probably
has more participants than any survey we are seeing or have seen over the
last 10 years. The cost can be greatly reduced if you participate.

If you do not have the time or the in house expertise to do survey job
matching and complete the survey consider having us do it for you. Just send
us your job descriptions and salary data (if we don't already have them) and
we will fill out the survey and send it in. After our charges for
consulting/clerical time spent, we estimate that you will still save over
$1,000 on the price by participating in the survey.

Recruitment Services

As part of our overall service The Levton Group Inc. provides clients with assistance in their search for quality staff under our Human Resource Bureau (HRB ™) service. Our Recruitment process typically includes:

  • Checking of references and providing a summary reference check report;
  • Setting conditions of employment and drawing up offer letters;
  • Sending of refusal letters to candidates.

Employee Relations Service

MEDIATION

Mediation is an alternate dispute resolution technique which in the majority of cases, prevents any conflict from proceeding to litigation. This procedure involves the assistance of a third party to help the people in conflict come to a mutually acceptable solution.

Outplacement Services

It is a fact that displaced employees find equal or better jobs faster, in less time using relocation services than those who do not use such services. Our program is unique in that we will actually conduct counselling sessions with employees at their homes or other locations if they desire. We provide one on one counselling sessions and have a Financial Advisor available to provide assistance if required.
