HRBTM is like having a large fully operational Human Resources department linked to your business. HRBTM is ideal for firms who find themselves needing specialist human resource assistance but cannot afford to hire such positions full-time.

Organizations contract a block of HRB service hours for a 12 months period at discounted rates. This gives HRBTM clients immediate access to all HRB systems and its team of consulting experts.

Services can be obtained at rates that are 15% to 35% off our regular rate. Clients decide which projects are to be worked on and receive a monthly log of hours used.

DON’T JUST GIVE IT AWAY - PAY FOR PERFORMANCE

Whereas we believe that a performance appraisal system should reflect the culture and objectives of an organization, we also believe it should be easy to administer and understand. 

It is not necessary to have a performance appraisal system that is feared and little understood by Managers and Employees alike because of its complexity and/or extensive subjectivity.

We have therefore devised a method of performance appraisal that is built on the unique performance values particular to each organization. Our system is an easy to use performance evaluation tool that is based on defined measurements in regards to achieving specific objectives. This tool can be easily understood and used by both Management and Employees. The system generates point values that are tied to performance based pay systems. The Performance Evaluation form to be filled out is usually no more than three pages. This includes one page for comments by the Supervisor and the employee.

The beginning of the process involves giving all employees a two-page questionnaire to determine what they think is important in the measuring of performance. The Levton consultant then tabulates the results from this employee survey and develops sets of criteria for measuring employee performance. These criteria and survey results are then taken to management for their input as to relevance. 

This system can also be used to evaluate team /project work. There are several ways in which the results could be linked to increases in salaries, bonus systems and other pay for performance schemes. 

All services are provided at the same hourly rate and only fully qualified human resource practitioners will assist you. Your cost for recruiting staff is covered by our hourly rates. Unlike most search firms our rates are not expressed as a percentage of first year salary.

We have Human Resource Manuals, Guides and Forms which can be customized to suit your organization. The CIJEP job evaluation system is computerized and available to all HRB users at their regular hourly rate.
